I like this song very much. This is tune is derived from an old Japanese song サヨンの鐘 (莎鴦之鐘). 渡辺はま子 sang the original version. A Japanese composer named 古賀政男 (Koga Masao) wrote this song in 1943. There are some other Chinese version including 長青歌后, as well as 月光小夜曲.
