The Melee DPS must get out of boss' range, as they do not want to be affected by Locust Swarm. The boss will kite the boss through the slime, (In a circular motion) Ranged DPS will stay motionless while that is happening. The easiest way to do it is have the main tank stay through the swarms and not kite the boss, with larger heals put on that tank, avoiding the need to kite.

Every one try this(I invented it XD)...B4 a big pull or boss battle...Set a cooking fire by where the Ranged dps will stay(Mages loks, healers ect). It will boost spirit for the first minute or two and help get a lil mana back

well that works really good.. BUT instead of running when we watch the time of DBM my 2 healers get back to middle and come back heal me while I'm standing at the same place.. I dont run I dont do anything.. Well I'm a prot pally and if we have 2 healers in a raid I use Divine Protection to avoid Locust swarm no matter I get more than 3-4 stacks cuz my healers keep me alive during the locust swarm. So if you trust your healers that they can do it you better stay and fuck with Anubrekhan:D

oh yeh, it increases damage done but like 500% or somin, and haste by 50% so basicly its a whipe and ur run its not gona work cause he is so easy that the enrage should never happen in any run

The swarm can be healed through in heroic gear, so the tank maybe had a point.

No help in the Vid. for a warrior without a speed increase, which if you don't have you can expect to take 3+ ticks of the debuff.

u got a wierd tac on that boss. the MT should never move from his spot. not even for the Locust Swarm. healers should be able to heal u through it

It ticks for 10-12K every 2 seconds near the end of it, and in 25 man for more. It helps if you move, you shouldnt expect or have to have the healers heal you through it. Plus its like the only boss where a tank requires movement and half a brain to do well so I like moving, its easier on the healers and more fun for the tank.

I do agree that it is more fun to kite the boss around, but a confident healer should be able to heal through the locust swarm, at least in the 10-man, I'm not sure about the 25.

I've tried 10-man Naxx a couple of times with my resto druid. Me and a couple of other healers. I have ±1720 sp when i'm doing it. Every time i try to do it, we are doing fine until he starts saying "It will all be over soon"... what changes at that point? Anything? It seems something happens and all of a sudden it's a lot harder to keep the MT alive... any tips for the healers? Or are DPS not killing him fast enough? Or what?

its not the AP u should care its ur hit rating.... ur AP should be arounr 3k+ unbuffed....dunno the hunter hit rating cap but for unholy DKs is about 290....just use +16 hit rating yellow gems etc for more hit rating...u can put some strength/+ AP too :)
