  • Great Video, informative and well presented

  • Russian ladies online **leefoxnow.info**

  • How about a demo instead of just a talking head?

  • theres no reason for women to make out like a bandit on divorces, just because their women, pathetic!

    mark m

  • "thats a great step, however the laws in most states are interpreted to slant in favor of the woman.

  • True, probably because women are still view as the care giver and the lesser vessel.

  • Nice video, very interesting! More power.

  • @DivorceInfo Type in "Hillarious divorce" and check the first vid out its soo funny lol

  • great information although divorce is not yet a law here in the philippines i might as well take this information so that when our lawmaker take on this issue i have something to share, in my opinion i would like divorce here in our country we all deserves a second chance

  • Thanks for letting us know about collaborative divorce; I had not heard of this concept before. I think it was good to include references like Juno in your video to engage your viewers. There was one thing that bothered me somewhat about this video, the phrase "collaborative divorce" was repeated over and over again; and although repetition is the mother of memory, it may also detract from the message wanting to be conveyed. Thank you again for your movie!!!

  • collaborative divorce sounds like an ideal way in an unpleasant situation to keep everything

as civil as possible. As somebody who has gone through a more traditional divorce I

can definately say that this would have made my own divorce much less combative.

I can only hope that as many couples as possible choose this option , which gives the couple

a strong incentive to work together in a peaceful way.

  • Thanks for explaining the collaborative divorce process, involving both the husband and wife being responsible to require them to settle the case without going to court. Court experiences can be more harmful than helpful, causing bitterness and strife for years to come. Things can get so complicated with all the negative factors involved. Maintaining civil relationships is absolutely necessary.

  • First time I've heard of this approach but it sounds very refreshing. Sometimes the courts and judges turn couples who are otherwise able to get along into bitter rivals. The collaborative process seems like it can be a much better option and help maintain the integrity of a working relationship and both

parties can resolve in a much more thoughtful

way. Very good presentation that gives you a

very good understanding of the subject matter.

  • I never heard of this before, but I think it's a great idea. It seems like a win-win situation and if you have kids,it would be very beneficial to have parents not going into a long drag out fight.I think it's great! Hopefully, one day this will become the norm and help ease up on the court system as well as save money.

  • Very good information, It's nice to see people actually step up and deal with things like human beings. Thank you for the information!

  • My parent's divorce would have gone much more smoothly I think if they would have known about collaborative divorce. It seems like it has the child's or children's interest in mind. Thanks for giving out advice on the internet, I had never heard of this before. Interesting channel by the way, as well.

  • wow i did not know a divorce could be so easy as this my friend spent alot of time money and effort in a divorce

  • im really pleased to see how you guys cover such aspects fo life. really makes things easier for us :). though i hope i never have to go through such a thing in my life.

  • This video was extremely informative and interesting. While I hope I never have to resort to getting a divorce, I think that collaborative divorce sounds like a good way to go. Rather than going to court, I feel like this open environment would be helpful. I would much rather have a process that focuses on a civil relationship, so this sounds like a good option.

  • Now know what I am going to say next time someone in know asks about collaborative divorce. This video was very informative and helpful.

  • One of my friends did this when he was getting divorced. I have to say that watching him go through the process of a collaborative divorce seemed like it was quite a bit better for him than when any of my other friends were going through a divorce. And according to him it was far less expensive than my other friends divorces.

  • Anyone thinking about a possible divorce should definitely check out this video to know other options they might not know about.

  • Thank goodness you don't have to deal with courts. It's nice to see people actually step up and deal with things like human beings. Thank you for the information!

  • I think this beats advice you would probaby ge when paying for it from a paid lawyer!Very good information for anyone who is going through this. A Collaborative does seem alot better than the other options.

  • This info is excellent I is a great source for people who are going through a divorce!!!

  • did not know this! very interesting idea, and concept and seems like it will work great. This is the first time I've ever heard of this concept. Nice way to avoid a lot of court time for the couples. One specific thing I really have liked in this video is the production aspect of this, no over modulated sound, nice background. Really enjoyed and learned a lot from watching this video.

  • This is an excellent explanation of collaborative divorce. I had never even considered this type of method. This video clearly explains how the process works and the outcomes. Excellent information!

  • I really like this explanation of these types of divorce. He really knows what he is talking about and what all the different choices are for divorce, such as collaborative divorce. I had no idea that dicorce could be settled out of court. That could have made things a lot easier for me. Thanks for the information.

  • That's a really informative video on a whole new concept regarding divorce that i didn't know was an option. I wish someone would have came up with this format for divorce a long time ago, it would have really helped my family. Thanks for the info

  • Ive known many people who have been through the divorce process, but it has never been like this. Im really glad that there are people out there who can walk away from a relationship without having to fight over possessions and even children. I think this is a great and healthy way to divorce especially if there are children involved.

  • Very informative video, thanks. I've heard about collaborative divorces before but this explains it much better. I hope I never need to use it, but good to know anyways.

  • I see that you don't need to go to court for collaborative divorce. It's great that the settlement is decided mutually. Usually there's lots of dispute and as many of us have seen in movies and in real life, the end result

  • I think this is a great and very informative video about something I have never been aware of (very interesting). But being divorced (more then once) makes me wonder about the after affects of Collaborative Divorce without having the "Court approval stamp" that they give you on the "divorce papers". They didn't mention it, and it's something required whenever you want to change something legal like your license.

  • This is a novel concept unheard of before and really a great way to tackle the cumbersome task of divorce. Collaborative divorce takes care of the needs of children which is very important, because kids suffer the most when their parents go for divorce. The best thing is that this people provide tax guidance so that you do not have to pay huge taxes. The only thing needed here is that both partners agree to go for this kind of settlement instead of opting for fighting it at the court.

  • This is an interesting concept and seems extremely valuable for couples with children. Court proceedings can be costly and messy, avoiding this process and working out details as adults (with moderators) seems like a way more reasonable solution. Thank you for the information.

  • It was very interesting, and well explained. I think collaborative divorce provides a new solution for couples who wish to settle their differences without going to court. And if Hollywood, warms up to this, then regular folks will not be far behind. And it sounds like a great option especially since there will be specialists involved to take care of the financial issues, tax issues etc.

  • Very interesting, I had no idea about collaborative contracts. How new of an idea is this? It sounds like the hardest part about this could be getting your spouse to agree. How much cheaper is it? It sounds a lot more sound for both parties and their families in the long run. Are there any downsides to this method?

Great video, very interesting. Distracting format in the background. I would have like to see this in a real setting with more than just a head of this guy.

  • Wow, I have never heard of "Collaborative Divorce" befor but it seam like a great new option. It is something worth looking into.

  • Oh right, I see that you don't need to go to court for collaborative divorce. It's great that the settlement is decided mutually. Usually there's lots of dispute and as many of us have seen in movies and in real life, the end result is often unfair. Very interesting video, taught me a lot.

  • I suppose it is no surpise that even divorces have trends. Collaborative divorces seems like a great alternative to the court battles that can tare a family apart. I think it is a great alternative if parties are responsible enough to work through a divorce with mediation instead of costly court battles. This is an informative video if you are going to or thinking about going through a divorce.

  • After hearing Mr. Rosen talked about the training involved in collaborative divorces settlements, collaborative settlements seem more complicated than traditional court settlements. It might be the best option for some divorcees. Fairness is when both spouses have the chances to work out their personal affairs without or with minimal outside intrusion and interferences.

  • Thanks for the info. Really explains a lot.
