Why they don't blitz is a concept D. Coordinator Marshall doesn't seem to get. For some strange reason he wants to use zone coverage with a Raiders secondary that is build primarily for man coverage. That's why Rob Ryan was successful in Oakland at first, He blitzed the LBs and let the fast secondaries use their speed and go one on one with WRs.
