  • I LOVE this solo!

You are stunning up there. I love how you move in a very slow, deliberate and controlled way. I felt so inspired watching this. And the toe hang with crossed feet was wicked. Good job :) and thanks for sharing it with us here on Youtube

  • Very nice. I really like the handstand trick at 5:30, and the transition into the straddle back balance is lovely. Well done! :)

  • Such beautiful strength in your control and seamless transitions, I am floored. What you do at about 4min, looks like a crocodile if you were in a floor act? How? And what is it called? Amazing

  • Yes its the same toe hang that we do on Aerial hoop, Love it, nice routine, Would love to see some planches below the bar to bring up difficulty levels sligtly, erhaps reversa planch at the end, to make it more impactful, or a drop.. Really nice routine though, great job

  • @JasmineGeorge

Hi Jasmine! Yes, I agree. Since making this piece-- 4 days before this video was made :) -- I have kept working with it and have made some pretty significant changes, including a planche, 1 foot hang, front balance 1/2 twist to ankles, and made the end rolldown better. I need to make a new video of it soon. Thanks for the kudos!

  • girl your amazing! i want to start this but im 17 do you know anyone this old who started and susseded

  • Beautiful work! Such amazing control and such an artful exploration of the trapeze. Thank you!

  • beautiful

  • very nice and gente, I like the "simpleness"

  • You're absolutely amazing.

  • Wow, i need to do a running commentary on this routine i think. Your toe hang in beginning, one foot on each side of bar is wicked :)) oh and before that, the elbow hang slide down to skinning the cat - phwoar! And the one arm stand at 4:05 :D and at 4:40 ish - amazing flexibility!!! Defo in my TOP-5 this video!!! And I love the detail with the flexing of the feet every now and then! Absolutely gorgeous! ted

  • Whomever it was that left that nice comment about my transitions and originality-- thank you! I didn't mean to delete your comment-- I accidentally clicked "remove" instead of "reply".

  • Hey there! Ok, im dyin to see you pull of the single toehang...lets see ya do it!..:)

  • I am still not doing it. My turnout is not good enough, especially upside down. I'd have to have near perfect turnout to get the front foot in a good position for a hang. Not bloody likely.... YOU try it! :)

  • Joli !

  • I've been told to be nice by your loverly husband so here goes...

Very impressive, always did find this kind of dancing very interesting and captivating. You are a very talented individual...also, as a final act of suicidal sycophancy, I would like to say you are also incredibly beautiful :)

  • Exquisite, sublime, gorgeous, captivating - all appropriate words. All insufficient.

    You are magnificent.

    Love,

    C xo

  • Hi Liza! Thanks for the response! Im Jen by the way :) Ok, I pretty much know what you are describing. That must be painful! I can see how your foot would pivot with the single toehang. Ouch! I know bare feet are best, and a leather guard takes away a bit of the feeling with your grip. Can you do a close-up video of a couple attempts at the toehang? I loved your act as a whole too! Very graceful and powerful! The pointing and flexing of the feet was a nice touch!

  • Fastidious: It's a toe hang in 5th position, essentially. I have successfully transitioned to a one toe hang and then to a regular parallel toe hang, but I fall about half the time, so it's not going in the act for now. :) The bar really grinds on the top of your hanging foot, and the foot tends to shift on the bar down towards the toes, so the foot can't hang on. But I'm working on it!

Thanks for saying nice things, guys.

  • How did you do that cross leg toehang?? Can that trasition to a single?

  • Thanks for the extreme control and beauty in execution of the aerial art of the trap. Your strength and flexiblity is amazing to watch and enjoy.

  • wow, I can't even bend my wrist that much let alone a body.

    Impressive (in a respectful way)
