Sheep doesn't rhyme with cheats. They turn into sheep because of many reasons, the religious connection of sheep and shepard, like lambs to the slaughter, sheep are followers not leaders, the blood of the lamb. In the confessional there's a painting of vincent crucifies with sheep under him. The more followers he gets the more sheep in the painting. But no, it isn't because sheep ryhmes with cheat. Which it clearly doesn't and would be a horrible reason for the sheep.
