My mom called cps this week for the 3rd time this year on my dad, and my brother told them what is going on, and that he wanted to stay with me until my mom comes to get him (She is in argentina), and they said they would have to ask my dad, and after talking to my dad told him that he is just confused, and gave him a walmart gift card. My brother was so upset, and was scared that my dad would flip out when they left, but my brother said he would call the police, so my dad stayed calm. Cps sucks

The last I knew of the family, Dominick was doing very well in school and was still in counseling, living with his mother and step sister. Life seems to be better for him and his mother -----I say a prayer for him often. Chandler has a special place in my heart and always will. His short life touched me deeply. I was very bitter toward the family for a long time but, I see that I had to let go of that anger. I wish the family the best of wishes.

my mother was the one that held the hand of christina (we call her tina) when she gave birth to chandler and me a chandler were best friends when we were young, and poor Dominik now suffers with really severe PTSD, i still see them now and you can not even say the word "closet" with out him crying and freaking out, then about 2 years after me and my siblings were put in foster care and we were terrible abused but now we know how little dominik feels butwe often go to visit chandlers gravesight
My oldest son is the same age as Chandler and we were living in Colorado when this happened. It still breaks my heart to think about little Chandler and the amount of absue that he suffered. I pray that those people NEVER get out of jail. NEVER.

@MarvinandLisa I believe that Dominick was taken into the custody of Child's Services immediately after Chandler was found. As for where he is as of now, I'm not quite sure, I do know he and Chandler's mother was pregnant at the time of Chandler's death with a third child though and she said she wanted to raise this child properly.
