  • find yourself a gym buddy. Or find activities to do outdoors that don't always require running on a tredmil cause that gets really boring. ( trust me i know) lol. Or just look up to a person who inspires u. Write a journal, and express what u feel about yourself and weightloss, or just say to yourself " youve come this far, dont throw it all away".
