  • @IdentityHero power is often referred to as explosive strength so theyre using strength as a generic term that would include max strength,explosive strength,strength endurance etc.youd be correct to say its not max strength training alright.

  • @dargon80 well for one if u can manage the weight and dont have any back problems, and then you must keep ur back flat and dont slouch it over and you should be fine. dont stress it if its extra sore or tired from other workouts
