Just like Bob Dylan has a good voice and singe in tune....but it's his "tone" that makes him sound miserable. People have to learn the difference between singing in tune & tone.....one is no good with out the other....another example....George Harrison; great tone.....but not so good singing

The more I listen to this song, the more I'm fascinated by Sean's performance of it. It's really just beautiful, and the only parts he has trouble with are the same parts everyone has trouble with - the repetition lines framed by horn blasts. I don't know if the trick is to muster a bit more vocal power, or play with the mix, or to skillfully slip soft vocal lines between the horn blasts --- but it's nothing that couldn't be worked out in the studio. Put out a studio version!
