Had a dark green 66 four door with I believe 2.93 rear end, edelbrock performer intake and cam. Got 13 mpg and was hella fun, dump the gas at 45mph in third gear on wet pavement and get it sideways :) Crazy torque, fun not letting people pass.
i had a 66 newport. 383 2bbl. i pwned an acura he prolly paid $18k for his car and put another $20k in engine mods and a hard corps paint job...i paid $150. his buddy in the passenger seat kept looking at my car and shaking his head and pointing and laughing at the driver. he was slamming his hands down on the steering wheel and telling his friend to shut the fuck up!!! over and over again.
