This looks pretty delicious tbh. The massive sensitivity of the "pain" that the animal feels comes from a gross anthropomorphizing of them. The thing's only moving because of the nerve impulses still left after a fresh kill. This is similar to how a pig continues to snort after its throat has been slit and killed instantly in standard slaughter.
