  • @pastryparrot1 one more question, what kind of red wine? dry or regular? what are you using? coz somebody gave as a regular red wine can i use that?

  • @pinaygemstone That will work great. Have a fantastic day!

  • Hi, I love your videos. I'm "extremely" new at cooking. May I ask you some questions?

    1. When I go to the market, do I look for brisket?

    2. What kind of pot is that?

    LOL... thanks!

  • @bubles0nskye Hi there! Thanks for coming by! Yes, when you go to the market go ahead and look for brisket. If you can't find it ask the butcher for help. That pot is a very heavy Dutch oven pot made by Le Crusset (I am not completely sure about the spelling!) I hope this helps and happy cooking!

  • Oh my, now you gave me a second meal idea for this week...(your Philly Cheese Steaks were amazing)!

  • @Pattycakessmiles Thanks Tess! I hope all is well!

  • Looks great! =o)

  • @samanthaohmy Thanks!

  • I love brisket!!! Thanks Mary Ann.

ps. I am not a drinker myself but I have cooked with wine at times. the alcohol evaporates. something else can always be substituted for the wine.

  • @LESTER7L1 Absolutely. Only broth works fine. Half broth and half water would work fine as well.

  • i can't cook with wine use all with beef broth?

  • @ldspeople19 Absolutely! It will be just fine. Thanks for coming by!

  • @MyInformer Thanks for coming by! I am happy you like it.

  • The best food came from the creativity and resourcefulness of people that had very little. Some of my favorite food came from when I lived in the Southern US. Brisket is a classic cut of meat that, with a little love and time, will be well worth the effort. Great job!

  • @MrJingjong Hey J! Thanks for coming by.

  • My father would LOVE this!! I don't really like meat, but he does a lot haha. I will show him this video soon, he might make it. Although he doesn't like carrots.

  • ive always been told to never cook with a wine that you wouldn't drink... it really makes the difference!!!

  • @123johnston It sure does! Plus you have to do something with that remaining 1/2 bottle . . .hip! Have a great day!
