  • y would the gov. let us kill ourselves wit this garbage,not to mention they let cigarettes on the market too...funny thing is that they dont allow ya to buy or have weed even tho if u eat it you have no unhealthy effects, hmmmm is our gov. jus in it for the money??? try eatn only natural food for a month or two and i bet u'll view life n society totally different.our world is so greedy its sad... i give a big F U to our gov ;)

  • The one thing I can say for McDonalds is that they DO actually put the nutrition facts on their items unlike most fast food chains...

  • @AndyNghifit my brother who looks like my twin eats like me(nuts,fruit,rice,& veggis)he even works out and i dont, but he cant get abs but i have a 6 pack,cuz its just easier for some than others...my point is its not about lookin cut up,its about feelin great and liven a long time...

  • @michaelawhite1 nuts, fruit, rice, and veggis don't make you cut. It gets into alot of detail, no doubt genetics plays a part but i've been on both ends and its about being smart about what you eat not just what you eat. in fact look up leptin and you'll see that cheating can even help you burn more fat.

  • @michaelawhite1 Thats fine, you are right to each their own, but I am a trainer and fitness competitor so health and appearence is important to me. I work with alot of people that follow what everone else does but the truth of the matter is yes most junk food is junk food but what the real concern is getting nutrition rather than empty calories and beleive it or not a burger still has nutritional value.

  • @AndyNghifit no doubt,i know there is plenty of nutrition in burgers also.i also was in the field,i owned a gym, White's Fitness Center and i've modeled quite a bit.my true belief in the reason for not eating meat is more religious reasons and i far from try to go there with ppl :) i try hard to ONLY put healthy food into my body, another words if theres anything bad in it,i dont eat it. ive had alotta things happen to me in my life that i guess prolly made me that way.

  • plus it's not just McDonald's half of the food you buy in a gorcery store is just as bad if not worse, especially that frozen pre cooked crap, but most meats, fruits, and veggies today are GMO, and loaded with man-made chemicals. The only thing you can do is eat organic foods

  • It's not just the fast food, but the person that is eating it. Moderation. You can stay healthy along with maintaining or even LOSING weight by eating fast food. Some people just cannot understand portions or don't even understand the concept of calories and nutrition. I speak from experience. When I was 300+ pounds, I would eat bag and bags of fast food at least twice a day and never be "full." After losing over 130 pounds, I realize my issue was portion control and lack of nutrition info

  • @Morriack Yes it is the person who is eating it... it depends on the portion, their metabolism, and how much they exercise (if at all). I'm talking about the people who are 200lbs overweight and still standing in line for a supersize of everything... To me that is just so wrong. It's like someone on O2 smoking.

  • @JaclynGlenn I agree with you 100%. I try not to be judgmental or hypocritical about people who are clearly obese and yet still eat tons of food. It's very difficult to be healthy in this day of age, but I commend you HIGHLY for being smart and realistic about your views. Keep it up, I'll be subscribing to you. :)

    I sorta view the whole thing similar to how I would view a drug addict. Food is addictive. I don't judge an addict, but it does bother me when they don't recognize their problem... or even worse not caring that they have a problem.

  • i don't get how people get fat off fast food. i'm 6'1 and 140ish lbs and i been eating a lot more food to see if i could gain some weight which included more fast food runs and i never gained weight... I think i actually lost weight somehow...

  • @pier456 you have a fast metabolism... others are not as fortunate, and they let the problem amplify by eating fast food.

  • @pier456 I have the same problem... ppl think I'm not eating when I actually have a HUGE appetite... but I do only eat healthy... but still :( Better than the opposite problem though!

  • @JaclynGlenn yea my parents tell me that. i'm not the kind of person that can eat like 4 hotdogs in 20 mins or w/e but it doesn't take long for me to get hungry again. I could be eating a couple slices of pizza then like an hr or 2 later i would be eating more food.

  • Hey there! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • The Western diet is the problem in our society. Fat, salt and sugar are what the fast food chains like McDonalds are pushing. It's cheap and alot of people are to lazy to cook themselves. It's way easier to sit on your couch and order Pizza Hut or drive to the nearest hamburger stand and sit in the drive-thru getting your fix. People drink soda like they should be drinking water. Kids are now getting type 2 diabetes ! And by the way, McDonalds is the worlds largest buyer of beef

  • it takes loong time to burn 1 gram of fat, if you dont exercise it will take even longer! the equation is simple, if your intake is more than what you burn, you WILL get fat. After eating nuggets and burgers for several months in a period of my life (im now vegan) i noticed that i got heavier, i had thought that was impossible for me!, and since i dont do cardio-exercise regularly, it has taken me years to get rid of it...if you go vegan you WILL reach your weight, no matter how much you eat!

  • I completely agree with you. I had two fast food companies offer me big money to use the Double Rainbow video in an ad campaign but I turned them down even after they upped their offer. I finally told them there wasn't enough money for me to allow it.

    Btw I hardly eat at McDonalds. I don't mind it every so often, but I can't believe most people seem to prefer them over more quality burgers such as In N Out, which is local to my state.

    But yeah, those people need to learn to stop eatting McDonalds so much and try to put more variety into where they eat out, since McDonald's is one of the worse places to eat at. Or they could save up and learn to cook healthy food.

  • @jimbojones888 yea I made that point in my video... It is their choice. My rant is because people have recently been blaming ME for not helping patients improve their health. I can try all I want, but sometimes people just don't care. They will go eat there (pull the trigger) if they want to... I have no control!!!

  • I agree with basically everything you said here. My best friend is very overweight, and fortunately now I'm helping her to move in a healthier direction. But she used to eat a mini pizza with ranch (blech) everyday at lunch, and then say that obesity and heart problems are in her family history, and are therefore the reason. But of course, the reason lies in family habits, not genetics. This is a misconception a lot of people seem to make... It's very frustrating.

    Look, if you make sports from yong ages, McDonalds will never ever make you fat,, now if you stay 8 hours daily playing games, eating and drinking this type of food, your body will get fat yes or yes, thats for sure.

    One thing is sure, the key of the human health is to "move" and "move" and "run" and walk and make movements, in general to have good health humans must make physical efforts.
