  • The Best Western Movie I've ever seen. I'm not much of a fan of movies older than 1970, but this one is an exception.

  • Wow, when I got to this video, the number of likes was 666 and I made it 667. Take THAT Saten!

  • Great way to spend xmas eve (watching this)

  • the origional hollywood bad ass, Clint Eastwood

  • Tsk, tsk, Tuco!! LOL He is STILL ungrateful after all the many times Blondie/Clint saved his life!!! And Blondie even made him rich, too!! Thanks for posting this, heatseekin.

  • Who the fuck would have thought a retard named Transformers2themax would have stupid opinions. Grown ass adult named after a children's franchise and a shitty one at that. Also, nobody gives a goddamn about your shitty scripts.

  • @Frostwerks Lol. Actually, I have that name for the exact reason you're hating on it for. I regularly wouldn't dare to have such a geeky username. But no one else had taken it and something I've found is that when people on the internet(mostly YouTube) haven't anything to backup their argument or any other reason to flame you aside from your username, they're a hater. Clearly, you've fallen into that category.

  • @Frostwerks And "shitty scripts" you say? While you're working as the custodian at the local K-Mart, I'll actually be making art. You're just jealous and trying to bring a rise out of me. With such a mentality, you must still be in middle school.

  • @Frostwerks And perhaps, you're too much of an ignorant, close-minded pedant to understand any of my ideals. I also love your low class supply of vocabulary. "Retard" and "fuck" and "shitty"; things that I hormone-raging, insecure sixth grader would say.

  • woop woop elli

  • Que escena por dios!!!!!!

  • This movie is a classic I watched it 20 times...LOL

  • best ending ever.

  • I WANT THAT PONCHO!!!

I was already smoking the"cigar di nobli", in Dental School. I would smoke them in the Female Dental Students lounge. Yep, I'm a woman, this was 1977.

    Love this film!

  • Sergio Leone! No wonder you are Quentin Tarrantino's favorite director!!

  • @charms71

Quentin, is a violent hack! If I were Leone, IMO, I would be insulted!

  • @molarmama5 well, tell Leone that!

  • @charms71

If I could I would! I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAESTRO!

  • @molarmama5 hmmmkay!

    *claps slowly*

  • @charms71 Tarantino, is like Spielberg, just re-spewing genres that were done in the past. Nothing new here

Tarantino just ampedup the violence factor!

  • @molarmama5 Speilberg's Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Jaws, Indiana Jones, Saving Private Ryan, etc were all nothing?

Tarantino's True Romance, reservoir's dogs, pulp fiction, Kill Bill, Inglourious BastERDS, etc were all nothing either?

    I rest my case!

  • @charms71 I wouldn't include SPR or True Romance in the mix. In fact, Tarantino's overall more artistic than Steven Spielberg. He's closer to the artist status of Sergio Leone at least.

  • @Transformers2themax "Tarantino's overall more artistic than Steven Spielberg. He's closer to the artist status of Sergio Leone at least." I agree with that part!

  • @charms71 Sorry, I just don't care for True Romance. His other films just seem more artistic(or actually artistic) to me. As for Saving Private Ryan...Eh, it's a good film. It's very inaccurate, after the beach invasion at least(which was very accurate). I just don't think SPR's very artistic. It is cinematography-wise, but it's not meant to be artistic. It's a dramatic war film. I just hate it when people think it's extremely accurate and artistic. To me, Inglourious Basterds is the best.

  • @Transformers2themax "Sorry, I just don't care for True Romance." That's the only part i disagree with. You;d be surprised how much I really agree with you on the rest. Inglourious Basterds was his best work artistically, philosophically, and articulately IMO. Quentin is young but with each movie, he delves into a higher realm as a force to be reckoned with in directing. You were so "spot on" with SPR...Bravo! "TheThin Red Line" is one movie i revere....what do you think of that? Awaiting...

  • @charms71 Well, that's fine if you like True Romance. I just didn't care for it. I often prefer Quentin himself or Robert Rodriguez as the director of a Tarantino-written film. I dunno. It just was too modern for me. See, I really don't care for most films set in a modern era. I like post-modern(not set in any era except for its own), but True Romance was really set in the '90s--and that's really not my thing. But that's fine if you like it. I just wouldn't consider it one of his best.

  • @Transformers2themax I see your point. So how would you classify 2001: a space odyssey?

  • @charms71 As for The Thin Red Line, I actually haven't seen that yet. My uncle's practically historian(where I get my knowledge on WWII, Vietnam, etc.), having several college degrees and even being a former WWII German Wehrmacht Infantrymen reenactor(still has his stuff), and he's told me I'd like it. He says the book is a classic and even though the film isn't entirely true to the book, it's still a must see and very artistic. So I'll have to check it out! I am very fond of war dramas.

  • @Transformers2themax nice! Screenplay adaptation has got to be one of the toughest things in directing IMO. e.g. 150 page text could mean a 3hr movie. I was surprised Thin Red Line came out in the same year as SPR. It got numerous academy nominations but no win if i recall correctly. Have you seen Das Boot though?

  • @charms71 And yes, I have seen Das Boot. It was a long time ago, but I saw it. Great film from what I remember. My uncle being a former WWII German Wehrmacht Infantrymen reenactor, I probably SHOULD know if it's accurate or not--but sadly, I don't. Regardless, I still recall it being a work of art, similar to Apocalypse Now. Granted, that film ruined the Ride of the Valkyries for me just like how several other 'Nam flicks did with Fortunate Son--you get my point.....

  • @Transformers2themax yup. One cannot separate the two [Apocalypse Now & ride of the Valkyries] lol. I saw a documentary about the making of that film, how the actors fell ill, and how long the movie took. F.F Coppola is among my top 5 favorite directors actually. I also think his work has some resemblance to S. Leone's work especially regarding the depth of stories and complex characters. I'd say Das BOOT SEems realistic.

  • @charms71 Honestly, I think Platoon ad Full Metal Jacket are two of the most realistic--yet, very artistic--war films ever made; whereas I.B. is the best macaroni combat WWII film ever made in my opinion. It's truly a work of genius and truly is an operatic adventure. I can't wait for Django Unchained. Though, my problem with that is if Tarantino will actually keep the nudity and some of the violence in the film or not. I recently finished the script and other than what I listed, I loved it.

  • @Transformers2themax Apocalypse Now, Platoon, then FMJ respectively in my order of preference. All 3 are anti war but FMJ carries the most subtle anti war message in a mocking fashion IMO [remember the "get some" scene from the helicopter?]. Django Unchained has Jamie Foxx, L. Dicaprio, Samuel Jackson all on board. Which is gd. The real Django really raised the bar...we'll see if Quentin stays with the story line or does an I.B style [borrowing the title only]. Seen Once Upon a Time in the West?

  • @charms71 Yes, I've seen Once Upon a Time in the West...very well done western indeed. In fact, I'm likely going to use Man With a Harmonica by Ennio Morricone for the opening scene of my film. That's what I have listed in the soundtrack at least, 'till I actually make it someday. I've seen a fair amount of westerns, but I'd have to say that The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is my personal favorite. To me, the only good thing about A Fistful of Dollars was the gunfights....

  • @Transformers2themax Anything E. Morricone is classy. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly is arguably the best western ever made. You never get tired of it. A Fistful of Dollars was good but the plot isn't as thick as the other -true. I doubt if Scorsese has ever made a western. He's one great director too. I like his Casino and Goodfellas.

He tends to tell his stories fast paced in contrast to say; Leone or Kubrick.

  • @Transformers2themax You think you're gonna make a film someday? Lmao keep dreaming

  • @itzxx420l33tHALOxxzz Maybe I do. Maybe I've written several of my own scripts. Maybe I live in the state of one of the best film schools in the country. FYI, the best filmmakers weren't always the famous. Some of the biggest fires start at a small spark. Quentin Tarantino was working at a video archives store when he wrote Reservoir Dogs....Honestly, your random uneducated judgment of someone like me, whom you don't even know, doesn't mean a thing...especially since you joined yesterday.

  • @Transformers2themax Do you know how many people like you there are? Thousands. Probably hundreds are more talented than you. You're never going to make a film. Deal with it loser.

  • @charms71 And this molarmama5 guy....What's his problem. Seems to me that he's like all the other haters of Quentin's work: feminists attack his films for having violence directed towards women(even though it's mostly towards males), blacks because his films have the N-word(Uh, they're exploitation flicks!), conservatives because it has aesthetic violence and cursing, etc. It's all just a bunch of malarkey. They're obviously too ignorant to recognize art when they see it.

  • @Transformers2themax He's just a sad old troll degenerate. I often try to avoid folks like that on the internet because at the end of the day, you learn nothing from them. As a reference to your statement regarding the heat Quentin draws from various sects, I'll say this; I like Denzel Washington but I disagree with his feud with Quentin that the director has a low view of a certain race. Directing can be abstract or literal.

  • @charms71 Absolutely. Even Mark Kermode, whom I consider a pure twat and I strongly disapprove of as a film critic, respects Tarantino. Even THAT asshole liked Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction. This molarmama5 guy mustn't know anything about exploitation cinema; otherwise, he'd get Tarantino like we do. If he does, then he's clearly basing all his judgments off personal preference and wanting to be in the hater crowd. I'd like to see him flame my screenplays which I'll have made someday.

  • @Transformers2themax are you aspiring to be a screenwriter? If so, what genre? I have this feeling that anyone involved in Cinema realizes a career of fulfillment but I could be wrong.

  • @charms71 Actually, yes, I do plan to be a screenwriter--and director. I've always wanted to be involved in the industry, but Quentin Tarantino has really provided the most inspiration. Currently, I'm developing the story of a spaghetti western in the form of a '60s biker movie titled "The Riderz". To my surprise, there is actually a lot of subtext involved. And yes, it's post-modern. It's very similar to Tarantino's style; though, I'm adding my own twist to it....

  • @Transformers2themax That's a good path. Good luck! Is it true that funding is the toughest part in film directing? A friend of mine [heavily influenced by Kubrick] from London is into the same field. Kubrick is great but

Quentin inspires a lot of folks worldwide too. Contrary to what this idiotic "Molarmama5" thinks. Ignorant & spiteful! Their arguments are always the same "violence, anti women, etc". It tells me that a lot of zombies dwell among us. I hope R. Rodriguez puts them in a film lol

  • @Transformers2themax Oh yeah, I am holding my breathe for your genius. You can not even figure out that I am a female surgeon whom has clients in the movie industry, As I practice in NYC. How old are you 14?

  • @molarmama5 Oh, so you're a female, huh? That explains a lot. Go away. This ain't your place. Anything you've said has either contradicted itself or revealed how little you know about filmography.

  • @Transformers2themax FEMALE =GO AWAY? Film direction was exclusively the domain of women, late 19th to early 20th centuries. Look up Fort Lee,NJ, at the inception of the film industry. Learn something, as to how film started. OK, kirk? Do some research, open your eyes.

  • @molarmama5 No, you being a female isn't why you should leave. It's the fact that you're obviously part of or for some sort of feminist, hate group. Most of the people that hate on Tarantino are of a category, or just follow their mentality like a sheep. Besides, do you really think that being a "female surgeon" means anything? What--does that suddenly make you a film buff? And yes, "Kirk" is a name, not that I wish to spit out my personal life like you have with everyone else on here.

  • @charms71 He/she asked for it!

  • @Transformers2themax Molarmama5 being a female "explains a lot" ? Seriously? You can't judge someone based on her being female...

  • @bonndiablo She's hating on a Tarantino film for violence and she's a female...Makes fair sense to me. If you are too, it wouldn't surprise me...The only time I've ever known a female to hate on such films is because 1.) they're either a sheep or 2.) they're a conservative, soccer mom feminist type. Otherwise, females love Tarantino. I can't think of anything more femininely motivation as a film like Kill Bill or Death Proof. Yet, both males and females like them. It's merely a class thing.

  • @Transformers2themax Oh, do be quiet.

  • @TristanGland Oh, do go fuck yourself.

  • @Transformers2themax Do you like sandwiches?

  • Comment removed

  • @TristanGland You don't like sandwiches.

  • @Transformers2themax I like sandwiches and Norman Wisdom.

  • @TristanGland Well, looks like you fell for reverse psychology. What an off topic thing for you to say. Sandwiches? Really?

  • @Transformers2themax What about Norman Wisdom?

  • @charms71 Just illiterate, pulp crap! Meant to "translate" well overseas, to third world non-English speaking countries, with uber-violence, and over the top special FX.

If you are going to rest your case; I suggest a damned good library, with comfortable chair and read some books!

  • @molarmama5 "illiterate"? you call Tarantino's movies that? "third world non-English speaking countries"

I'm not sure if i'm more puzzled by your hatred for a good artist's work or your naive racist perspectives.

It seems you enjoy trolling [i see your other arguments on here] and speculating -both of which are characteristics of a "Keyboard Commando". Okay internet "tough guy"...pull out your gun.

  • @charms71 You are NAIVE. 1) A troll by your dictum is anyone whom does not agree with you.

    2) I have patients in the Movie Industry. There has been a major trend since the 1980s to boost action/adventure flicks that DO NOT have numerous pages of dialogue. These films are cheaper to subtitle, and make BILLIONS overseas, in the after American market. It is pure economics, not your petty, childish racist card that you want to play. Critics consider Quentin to be overly violent-----> READ!

  • @molarmama5 1. "A troll by your dictum is anyone whom does not agree with you."...baseless proof-less semantics. Grow up!

2."Critics consider Quentin to be overly violent-----> READ"...what critics? Ebert?? Rotten Tomatoes?

    3. Show me proof that the so-called 3rd world countries prefer violence or senseless movies., and how such films generate biblical profits!

    4. Racist card you say? You are the one pointing a finger that 3rd world nations only comprehend violence as opposed to philosophy.

  • @charms71 You are deliberately twisting words now. No audience, ever dictates what a screenplay writer/producer/director, "provides" to an audience. Your are a Major BAKA, idiot! You do NOT know the economics of the film industry! You were the baka, that played the racist card to try to look noble! I speak 5 languages, if I were racist why would I bother? It is about money, always has been. Get off of your childish ideology! Tarantino, is still predigested bilge. PS 59, 5'2' grown!

  • @molarmama5 trash talk! Go back and reread your initial statements to which you depicted Quentin as a lowly talented director that prey's on 3rd world country's blatant inclination toward senseless violence. That is ignorant and racist. You are 59 years old? and 5'2? I have decades before I get to your age [NOT height] but when I do, I hope that I don't have an imbecilic view of things like you do. You speak 5 languages? And what makes you think I do not speak 6? Is 5 the human ceiling? Sad old!

  • @charms71 I do not care what you think, really, as I know you DO twist my words. As I had stated, my patients, in the movie industry, told me about the trend changes in the biz. Heck, it could be an action comedy.

Listen, I do not need you or your twisted taste. Tarantino, sucks cheese IMO, to which I am entitled. I am NOT a

guy =5'2", get it? Look, you have your tastes, I have mine! Just let it go; and enjoy speaking your 6 languages.

Travel and experience life, STAY WELL!

  • @molarmama5 "Just illiterate, pulp crap! Meant to "translate" well overseas, to third world non-English speaking countries, with uber-violence, and over the top special ":that was your quote you sad old antique. That is ignorant & racist -the premise that 3rd world countries are inclined to your description. Tarantino sucks? and what have you done that's productive besides trolling?

"Tarantino, sucks cheese IMO, to which I am entitled.": then why did my opinion bother you? Hypocritical troll.

  • @charms71 You have taken this to a putrid, disgusting level! So what have you done with your life, pray tell.

I do not have to justify my life to a pus pot like you! What do I do? Well if I see pus, I stick a scalpel into it and drain it! Then cover my patient with the proper ABs.

Get a Life and rub your brown nose into dear Quentin!

  • @molarmama5 I used your damning words against you and you get irate and resort to insults like a child. Vintage? IHow about having vegetable for brains? From your very low viewpoint of people from 3rd world countries, one can conclude what you are -a closet racist. I hope you aren't a necrophiliac too lol. That will qualify you as a racist sad old fart on hyperdrive lol

Get a life? I have one! Now you go get a woman. Also, drain that pus out of your rotten brain.

    Racist Cadaver lol

  • @charms71 BTW, as you are so ill educated, an antique is over 100 yrs. old. I am vintage! I am proud of my age and accomplishments, do NOT think that makes for a weapon. If you are battling this krappe' with me a retired self made millionaire, shows you are a LOSER. It also shows I still enjoy swatting FLIES!

Just shutup and get a life! I had you on block, Further posts will be erased.

  • @molarmama5 You are a disservice to your age group -whatever that may be. "I am proud of my age and accomplishments"...I can see that one of the accomplishments you are proud of is trolling the internet like a b*tch!

"me a retired self made millionaire"...what makes you think the other person opposite your screen isn't? See how stupid you sound? If you are just racist, then that's sad but if you are arrogant and assuming, then that's even worse but either way you are pathetic. Mummy lol

  • @molarmama5 And Sergio Leone was so original, making films based in American history when he's Italian and of a genre of American drama and filmography. Every artist is inspired by someone and the artistic children of every era improve the work of those from the last. Tarantino only pays homage to older films. His film overall are as original as anyone else's and an improvement of what they're inspired by.

  • @Transformers2themax well said!

    just well said!!

  • those good bad ugly noises are epic.

  • 8 dirty son of bi.

  • I sort of winced with sadness when Blondie rode off.

  • NO1

  • did eli wallach get an oscar for this? if not he should have

  • That's the only way Blondie could have left that desert alive. You can't share anything fairly with Tuco lol

  • Clint Eastwood so manly, he invented aim

  • the best wester ewer seen

  • 0:06 PRICELESS!

  • this is fucking vulgar :D love it in the spaghetti western movies

  • Still need to see a certain two episodes of the Adam West Batman series, just to see Eli Wallach (Tuco) as Mr. Freeze.

  • Blondie should have left him to hang after the way Tuco tortured him in the desert.

  • Still another fabulous quote from Tuco Benedito Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez!!!!

  • Best western movie ever!

  • They don't have mountains like that back east for civil war burials....but I love this movie.

  • @JimmysCrackhorn this isn't back east

  • Oddly enough if you watch the Italian version of this, the last line that Tuco says syncs up much better in Italian.

  • 0:42 sampled by Ministry

  • best motherfucking movie of all time.

  • why the fuck does this movie have to end?????

  • Meanwhile somewhere in Spain..........

  • @samgreen47 Mexico, isn't it?

  • @XclusiveXbox No filmed in Spain! 250 hired Spanish soldiers built the cemetery in less than 3 days.

  • @samgreen47 That's fantastic!

  • HEY BIONDO! LO SAI DI CHI SEI FIGLIO TU???

SEI FIGLIO DI UNA GRANDISSIMA PUTTAAA-AAA-AAA-AAAA!

  • In spanish is just way too funny

  • lol he did NOT CUSS!!

  • Lmao Tuco is so fcking funny!

  • i just saw the movie for the first time.

I never in the world expected I would laugh at the end.

  • @ereignisfelder i watched when i was like 6 or younger

  • Classic!

  • BLOOOOND! YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE? JUST A DIRTY SON OF A BI-AYAYAYA!!!!!! WA WA WAAAAA

  • @burningsponge LOL thats fuckin classic

  • The film is set in America, you total morons. The SET is in Spai, fucking hell were you all born retarded, the amount of people "correcting" me and telling me its in spain and italy, i know where it was filmed douchebags, i said the film is set in America, and it is!

  • @FRAFPDD you need help

  • @sganfus You offering to do so?

  • @FRAFPDD

Yeah! This movie is Amer'can!!!!! Them dirty liberals is tryin' to tell me is maid in Spai.... Obama ---Sosh'lism!!!

  • @SteelVelocity .... Yes, with Leone (italian) and Morricone (italian)... and Tuco, Mexican!!!... ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,.....

  • @SteelVelocity it's an italian movie! E' UN FILM ITALIANO !! SERGIO LEONE was the GREATEST ITALIAN DIRECTOR of all time.... CRETINO

  • @rozzonight

    Idiot, I was being sarcastic.

  • E P I C !!

  • i always wondered what happened after the end.was tuco content with his share of the money or would he continue to hunt blondie to get the and have the last laugh.sergio is dead so we will never know

  • classic

  • I love how they censored that.

  • the shittnick

  • What song from the soundtrack plays at the very start?!!?

  • they dubbed their voices for this movie.

  • this just has to be the best ending line of a movie ever

  • Blondie is still saving his sorry ass :D

  • Eli Wallach (Tuco) the best actor I ever saw in my long life. Those mimics, sounds and body language.

  • What's the name of the music at the end?

  • @Omarllll It's the theme by Ennio Morricone, called Il Buono, Il Brutto, Il Cattivo which translates to "the good, the bad and the ugly" and it is also the music that wakes me up every morning.

  • Surely some people realise that the lip-synching in that movie was out quite a few times, including at least one line from Clint Eastwood himself about "somebody being on his back since he started". Forgot which bit exactly but it was clear as anything. Maybe he was lip-synching in Italian as well?

  • 8 people didn't understand what Tuco was saying?

  • You know what 8 people are? Just a dirty son-of-a-b-!

  • @wrath0ff or just stupid fucking cunt pussy asses

  • sounds like them folk in there speakin english to me. so why ya'll keep talking about italian and shit?

  • @MistaJetlag Because this is an Italian movie, made by Italian film makers, part of the Italian "Spaghetti" Western genre. Some of the actors are Italian but they are dubbed in English in this English language version.

  • in italian is much better

  • @sganfus

offcourse, italian (a roman language) in the usa???IIII

  • @sganfus

Did you watch it in Italian?

Speak Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef in this Movie Italian or are they Dubbed ???

  • @sganfus Set in America, American actors, and you think its better in Italian?

    Typical arrogance.

  • @FRAFPDD No sir,set in Spain and Italy , Italian,American and Spanish actors, and yes, that scene is much better in italian, not for arrogance or other, but because that scene was designed for the Italian text, words and public,If you compare the Italian words with English ones you'll see. Some parts of many American films that come to us, are much better in English.Depends all by the source text.Sorry for my bad English

  • @RyoSaeba90 No i mean the film, the film is set in the Wild West of America, why on earth would they speak Italian, i like it in English.

Your english is good anyway, are you a pink floyd fan, nice.

  • @FRAFPDD Of course,you're right,to each his own. :)

Anyway, thanks, I owe a lot to bands like Queen, Pink Floyd, Cream, etc. they made me to find out the art of Rock

  • @FRAFPDD thats why they call then spagtti westerns all the music prop sound effect and ect and from italy i perfer these over american westerns anyday

  • @RyoSaeba90 thank u

  • @FRAFPDD BBUAHAHAHAHAHAH SET IN SPAIN!

  • @FRAFPDD Who's the arrogant, after all?

    Or perhaps you were trolling?

  • @sganfus I don't know... but is a great alternative. :)

Enrico Maria Salerno is very good, but The genius is Carlo "Carletto" Romano, SPECTACULAR, above all in the last scene.

  • @sganfus

I think Tuco's voice sounds better though overall. The coarseness of his voices further illustrates his persona as the ugly.

  • @sganfus I actually prefer the ending in English.

Not the fact it is in English, just the delivery is better and his voice sounds better.

However, watching the whole film in Italian with English subtitles is a must-do experience. It's brilliant in it's original language.

  • @TheMikeyReilly In that case, Clint Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef and Elli Wallach should have been dubbed because they were the only ones who spoke English.

Still one of the best westerns I have ever seen. Morricone (the music) and Leone were genius!

  • @sganfus

They're supposed to be in the American West. Not Italy. It makes sense for the dialogue to be in English.
