  • when people actually had talent and not beef. imagine that

  • I haven't read the book, but from I hear people saying about it, it seems to be a book from which some early pioneers are sharing their wisdom and experiences as hip-hop artist. Maybe they should have chose a title that's different to reflect that., instead of using a title that's resembles those of self-help books.

  • I remember when they filmed this, couldn't go to the shoot cause I was only like 8 or 9 :(. I wanted to see Q- Tip!!!

  • Soulja boy, Lil Wayne, their moms and their fathers. And their 2 fans liked this vid.

  • Tribe never got enough credit for being one of the best. People seem to forget about them. They were the shit back in the day. This is one of the best beats for a song I ever heard.

I listened to these guys growing up back in my childhood days growing up in the 90's. These guys were the ones that got me into listening to hip hop growing up. I swear 80's and 90's those were the days when we had real good hip hop. Now today hip hop doesn't sound good the same anymore like it use to be. Right now today hip hop ain't looking good.

My crew is never ever wack because we stand strong

Now if you say my style is wack that's where you're dead wrong

I slayed that body in El Segundo then 'Push it Along'

  • what a bunch of straight edge faggots. east coast rappers of the nineties had a gimmick of being pseudo intellectuals with a superiority complex.

  • @rumbazz if werent for the east cost starting the rap game the rest of the world wouldnt be able to follow.

  • dont this bring you back

  • Hip hop today is not hip hop, it's materialistic, profane, electropop garbage.

  • Well then grab the microphone and let your words rif

  • shade-eeeeee! ******

  • lil wayne was a rapper back in the 90s i dnt see y ur hating on him hes pretty good but its true time does change its pretty shitty tht hip hop isnt tha same but who knows it might go back like dis (i doubt it)

  • This song is hella chill when you're baked.

  • Dope tracks man...Peace

  • This song is beast!!

  • @fordatimebeing I agree 100%. Im from the south to. I kno its true that New York started it all but ppl r crazy to think that it would stay on ONLY New York forever..and u also are so right about the media. The media was different back then and its different now.

  • @keekeefresh2def but note at the END Q-tip gives a Shout out to NC and SC yea the south so not all up state bad mouf the south and im from the south too

its jus Hip hop knows Wack hip hop and can you name the rappers you think is WACK

  • Hip hop never left. ppl change times change you can't stick in the past 4EVR u wish u could but U CANT I guarantee if soulja boy(most hated) or lil wayne was the creation of hip hop in the 80s wit the same music I guarantee yal bump it. and tribe called quest came in 2010 yal would b lik wad the hell? Because Hip Hop is not tha same music ITS DIFFERENT yal hate on soulja boy because he got ppl blastin his music now and yal can't accept that its changin GET OVER IT

  • @keekeefresh2def i agree homie. But people hate because New York doesn't control hip hop anymore. I'm from the south and i think some of this shit is stupid. And then i hear some people hating for no reason( mainly because they think the south killed hip hop) When the truth is the media controls what get played and what doesn't.

  • @keekeefresh2def Uh no. If ATCQ came in 2010, I'd say "Wow, now here's a rap group that is literate and can actually string together words while making sense and rhyming and not rapping about the same stupid shit and without sounding the same on shitty pop beats." You don't know what real hip hop is and your fucking name is keekee, so shut the fuck up, skank.

  • that beat is just infectious.

  • Dear 90's hip hop. You were so good to me. Why did you have to go away?

  • @MsMedford ...i keep asking that same question and the answer i got was .....soilder (trash) boy and little (shame) wayne destroyed it all with their garbage. That sh*t is flying off the shelf so the future seems even darker for hip hop.

.....keep on keeping it real MsMedford. one love
