I got an 1980 that I 'm getting ready to put Buick 3.8L turbo VIN"7" out of a GN into it "Grand Camino" I got some stock IROC rims they look good on the camino but i'm going to get some aftermarket 18". Always wanted a 1989 Turbo TA just don't have the money for it now that I got kids. away nice El Camino man.

That is an `80 or `81 front end. I would have cut the front coils on my Diablo to get that height, or close to it. Those wheels look great.

really like it. i got the same thing. 350 3spd auto. found orig build sheet and its a custom order ss with a shit load of options.. needs tlc tho but a fun project for a first car

I'm 20, and have a 1980 El Camino that dad bought for me as a POS when I was 10 years old and wanted a car to play with.

Its got fairly decent paint now, re-upholstered interior (never again), 15" Z28 5-spokes, a tired 350 from a 3/4 ton, and true duals with glasspacks.

Now you need to upgrade that rear end so that you can spin BOTH tires! May I suggest MOSER. Not cheap but damn worth it.
