Amazing job small children! I love your australian accents and your cute, puffy cheeks! i just want to eat some grass and look at lolcats! nom nom nom nom nom nom!
Couldn't have been better said. Check this out: "Dr. Timothy Ford, professor at Harvard School of Public Health states: "Numbers of Cryptosporidium oocysts associated with Canada geese and waterfowl in general are likely to be minimal, unimportant relative to the potential for oocysts shed from other forms of wildlife and humans. In my mind, there is no possibility that the Canada goose will ever be a major route of infection. To suggest otherwise is utterly ludicrous and you can quote me."
I live with a huge flock of geese and do not have any of the problems cited.
Also failed to mention is the fact that the resident geese mentioned are the product of hunting propagation methods from years ago. Farm raised birds were stocked for hunters to shoot. Since these birds never migrated to begin with they never learned how and thus never taught the next generations.
If there is a problem blame the hunters, who now claim to be correcting the problem they created, not the birds
The news about Canadian geese is getting around the world, thanks to your research. Great, entertaining job. It will inspire other kids your age to tackle environmental problems in their communities.
Thanks for the information on a nasty and gross problem. I will inform my homeowners' association about your video and possible solutions. I am tired of seeing geese and geese poop all over open spaces. THANKS! also - well done professional video for such a young group of researchers!
Very informative video! I am a meteorologist with the Canadian Government. I did not know that our Canadian geese where a problem when they fly to the United States.
Well researched and excellently produced. The "goose" was cute and did his part well. Here in New Hampshire we have the same problem and also seek a solution.
You obviously did a lot of research on this project...I did not realize how dangerous the geese could be. Thank you for your hard work! We used to live in Virginia, but now we live in Colorado and have a local flock of geese that stay here all winter, too. I should share this with our mayor!
An informative and entertaining video, BLTLego! The visual and sound effects are terrific. Whoever thought an enactment of tall grass growing could be so . . . dynamic?? I'm sending this to my friends who live next to a pond in Doylestown, Bucks County, PA. Beware to the Canadian geese of Bucks County!
Excellent video! Very creative too. My favorite scene is the goose pooping which brings the issue to light with humor! I live next to a pond in New Hampshire. The geese are still here and it's November, so I appreciate the education this video provides...............Cookie651
Great information. I often see geese around and often wondered what to do to stop them from coming around. I will look into the geese repellant spray. Thanks!

People do more to polute the enviroment than Canada geese ever will.
If you want to control the goose population hire hunters that will kill them in a Humane way.
Then give the meat to soup kitchens to help the poor & hungry.
Works here!

Well done! Such geese are problems here in Northern California, too. I particularly enjoyed the dramatic re-enactment of goose behavior.
