No wonder when I eat good food outside or in packages when I was younger. and always wondered why I am so hooked to those foods. I always joke saying "they must have put drugs in the food. lol" but now, I know they ARE essentially drugs, killing the brain, and making it go high so you want more! It's poison like drugs.

This is excellent, entertaining, informative and easy to understand. I've been trying to avoid excitotoxins ever since I learned about them which is a good thing since I just started working at a new job where food and snacks are provided but everything is loaded with MSG. People like you have saved me from a obesity and lost brain cells. Thanks.
