Even though people have been killed - it's nothing compared to the good that has been done to Chile by capitalist reform. Due to Pinochet, the country is the most prosperous in South America. @superchrisbeatz Some Law enforcment, much like special ops and armed srevices around the world, are trained to give a double shot to confim the kill and stop the criminal from geting back up hurting them or/and in this case the hostage. As there was a hostage the police would be unclear where exactly they shot the criminal and so to make sure finished him off. As i said, you wouldnt see this everywhere but Brazil's problems are diffrent to other countires.

@THEMATTBUXTON i understand now but,out here in the united states it would be a crime to fire at a criminal once they been shot and unarmed right?the point is to unarm not to always kill....once the dude hits the floor and drops the weapon in the u.s and the cops or swat still fire at him...the cops would be fucked and hit with a big lawsuit.....or else fired.....for example out here in los angeles the lapd looses amounts of cash for unloading their clips stupidly into people evry year
