I suffered these same types "Spankings" as a boy. Mine where with a bare ass, hands on a desk, move hands, get more lashings. Impossible not to double the lashings. For those who say the first 10 seconds is ok, to this day my anxiety is as one would imagine as this girl's is in this video. I'm haunted by the trying to block hits, primal screams and desperation in this video. I especially am overwhelmed with how this same desperation has steered my life into chaos. Mine lasted about 90 seconds.

It is really interesting to hear a legal discussion about the Judge Adams beating video and where it can go from here, but I can't get over 'Attorney and Nurse' thing. "Why do you want an appointment with Mr. Flores?" "I have a persistent cough and have been accused of embezzlement. " I am sure he hears that kind of joke a lot.

Lol. Yes. I do get some good natured ribbing on that. I was an RN in my 20's and obtained my advanced practice and masters in that to diagnose and prescribe and treat in collaboration with a physician as an NP. I decided to go the law route instead of the medicine (MD) route because of my interest in reviewing medical records, the courtroom and social issues. I love the media and producing and hosting shows and bringing on guests who can really educate the public. I appreciate you watching!

Ask ten unyielding proponents of child/adolescent/teenage-only "spanking" about the "right" way to do it, and what would be abusive, indecent, or obscene, and you will get ten different answers.

These proponents should consider making their own video-recording of the "right way" to do it.

In light of Judge Adams video,

We often hear from those who fight to uphold this practice for those under the age of 18 (even to the blaming of the social maladies of the day on a supposed "lack" of it), but we rarely, if ever, find advocates for the return of corporal punishment to the general adult community, college campuses, inmate population, or military. Why is that?

This monster is a serial abuser and does not belong belong

on the bench in any Family Court. How can a victim in his

court expect fair and impartial treatment from a man who

physically, verbally, and emotionally abused his own daughter

and sees nothing wrong with his conduct. I wonder how many

abused children were sent back to abusive homes, only to

be victimized again.
