ONLY RELIABLE FULL-AUTO RUGER 10/22 .22LR SUB MACHINE GUN ON THIS EARTH. We are living in the 'golden age' of firearm design & modification. Look at this wild thing on my YouTube. GSV sells a DVD video explaining an easy way the convert any semi-auto Ruger 10/22 rifle into a true full-auto. All other Ruger full-auto conversions suffer from 'bolt-bounce / light-strikes' which cause many malfunctions. GSV conversions have been tested with no malfunctions.
I <3 my tec 22. I noticed "wiggling" the mag into the right position ( slightly forward) makes it less likely to jam half way, most of my jams are on the first 3 rounds or a failure to eject a casing, and it ends up somewhere inside, thankfully its easy to clear jams on this weapon.
I have since sold mine, and regret it. It was a lot of fun and 100% reliable with Hot Lips magazines. The allure of being mentioned specifically on the AWB page made it that much more fun. Here's to hoping that the current owner enjoys it half as much!
@rpgrace i had 1 for about 6 months i loved it lots of fun and super cheap too shoot mine prefered the remington stingers more expensive but outta prolly 500 rounds it didnt jam but about 5 or 6 times 2 of the shells were duds =/ how much did you end up selling yours for?
i have two tec 22 s and the best ammo is the solid round nose type like federal target ammo it has the correct angle when stacked into the bannanna mags the hollow points are too pointed and get stuck in the mags when feeding also the mags that have the extra large feed lips that have built in ejectors are the best ones to use .the tec dosnt have a reliable ejector and depends on the mag to do it . also clean the bolt face dirt gets caught under the shell and check extractor spring
I remember when the magazines went soaring to $50 a piece during the gun ban, I have one and they shoot well with Winchester SuperX copper coated ammo. The soft lead will get jammed all the time.I would buy another.
Looks super cool. I want to add one to my collection.
