on both sides if the kid holding the single makes any adjustments while the kid is airborn it will pop the knee out of place on the other end if the kid countering flips wrong he can kick the kid just about anywhere.

it is a great move but i think the suplay is a better move, of course that is only in free style. type in chris taylor suplay or reggie 5 point throw to see some nice suplays
