  • if there seems to be to much traffic head up stream where theres no such thing as dropping an anchore near the power station :)

  • @BlaCKgHostME yes - i prefer to fish from "on my feet" - shore/wading - easier to get away from the "crowds" i agree

  • Wow thats right down the road from my house! I only fish the Eddy in the Spring. Gotta love the East and West Branch! Smallmouth on one end and Salmon on the other!! I love this place but if you wanna live up here plan on traveling to work!! That's what I have to do to live in this great wilderness. Gone 4 or 5 months at a time...But when your home it makes it all worth while!!

  • I'm very avid in Big Eddy. It looks to me that you decided to go up during the conclave, perhaps? Usually during the busy months of May, June, and September, there seems to be more boats crowding the pool than there are fish. I also see you guys took a trip with Boz. He's a great man, and guide. He knows the river and it's fish like the back of his hand.

  • there seems to be a lot of traffic...

  • Looks so nice! I went up to Big Eddy this summer while I was working at Chewonki, but it was dark when I was up.
