Anyway, even the biggest asshat rider does not deserve to be injured or killed. Remember, we are people too and you are driving a two-ton meat-grinder. I was struck by a pickup truck on the freeway earlier this year. I was in my own lane, doing 20 mph UNDER the limit in traffic and a woman on her phone changed lanes into me. I now have four pins holding my arm together and a life-long disability. Think about it.
If it wasn't for that whole road rash thing, I would be half tempted to ride nekid because it looks as if peole might actually see me before they run me over.

Corporate profit codified into public law is unconstitutional and not equal unless they make car drivers wear helmets.
Oh wait, you'll get a ticket if you wear a helmet in a car...why?
the reason why you have to wear a helmet isn't only to protect your head, thus saving hospital resourses. But also to preotect the public that don't want to have to see your brains spilling out of your face if you crash. (think about it)
i would like to see how they do a nude commercial for "loud pipes save lives"
