In Photoshop CS3, it's located in a drop menu after clicking on a small button with a triangle facing left on upper right corner of the animation palette. We don't have CS5, so, we're not sure.
Halp, my video ende dup being 38 times bigger than the original folder of photos, and it doesn't play, probably cause the file is too big it's 40 over GB, any ideas? D:
@Carfreak888 the export settings that is provided in this vid is for maximum video quality for SHORT time lapses. if you have a loooong time lapse, crop to 1080p or 720p resolution then set the bit rate for 2,000 kb/s and leave everything else at default settings. this should reduce the file size to under 1GB. it's probably 40GB because you didn't crop.
@Carfreak888 to get 1080p size, you'll have to resize the video by cropping 1920px x 1080px. so, yeah, you're basically cropping to downscale the video to fit 1080p requirement.
Lightroom can accept both formats (JPEG and RAW). If you want to work with single file format, go to your folder, switch the grid of icons into a list, click on Kind or Type (JPEG will be listed first then RAW last or vice versa), and then delete whichever file format you do not want to keep or move them over to a new folder. Or just use one file format when doing time lapse to avoid this to happen again.
I have CS5, where is the Convert to Icon thing

We said "on upper right corner of the animation palette."

@superkiwizorro thank you, will try that now, but by crop down to 1080p do you mean crop the picture so it's visually smaller?

@superkiwizorro thanks, that did the trick, but i don't understand why the video frame size is more square like compared to the photos

@Carfreak888 huh? 1080p is widescreen.

How do I separate the NEF files from the Jpeg? It doesn't seem to want to work with both types of files in the folder

Thanks for updating the list in the description (D7000), but there is one more new camera (D3100).
But anyway, very good tutorial!
LZmiljoona 1 year ago
No problem. The D3100 does not have interval timer shooting feature available; only via Camera Control Pro 2.0 with the latest update installed.

great tutorial, is this possible in Corel Photo Paint as well?
phatt180 2 years ago
Oh, actually, we're not sure because we do not use Corel Paint Pro software. You would need to ask someone else who use it.
Lilkiwiguy87 2 years ago
@phatt180 it can be done by using AVIdemux or VirtualDub
