一千の言葉 and 千の言葉 is both right. However, when you write it it's normally the second one. The reason is, 一千の言葉 is the title therefore they added the one in front.

is it 千の言葉 or 一千の言葉. because i know in japanese they usually don't put 一 before 千. i don't know which is correct.
