i just bought my set of perfect push up last week, i haven't tried them yet but i was wondering if they actually work? do you see any improvement in your body after the 6 week challenge?
There are both effective. Just rotating your wrist in a pronated postiion gives you greater range of motion and make's it easier for people with rotator cuff problems.
I agree. It's just an inexpensive tool to give you a deeper range of motion.
But I also find with the rotation a lot of people with shoulder problems are able to to do this who have pain in the regular pushup or bench press position.
The only thing it does is it increases your ROM. My recommendation is to do pushup on a set of phonebooks (or something similar) to get the same effect. If you have money get gymnastic rings.
The rotating aspect claims to make it easier on your joints and shoulders. I guess this becomes a problem for heavier people and/or those unaccustomed to bodyweight training.

After 6 weeks of consistent training and a proper diet you should see improvements in your upper body.

It's a great upper body exercise. But you will have to combine it with a total body workout 3 times a week and a healthy diet to see results.

i wonder whats better, these or push up bars?? those two bars that basicly help you get higher off the ground and make it easier on your wrist.
