I have problem at 5:50 that is alert box that shows"Could not fill because there's no enough to fill it in a Content-Aware Manner. Can somebody help me with this?

I know it's kinda stupid question but at 5:47 you Ctrl+click on the stroke layer and it load the circle as a selection, I tried the same but it says, 'no pixels were selected'

Any help?.. Or what that means.. :I

@Jazzurin That means that the layer you're trying to load as a selection is completely blank, so there's nothing for Photoshop to select.
