one question.. i saw a lot of videos about drawing anime chars etc... but i was wandering, when u get done with sketch and than u start with drawing those "main lines" how do u get so smooth lines and clear picture on the end ? Coz at my case when i compare my sketch and final image without sketch ... sketch always look better, becoze those main lines(on the final image without sketch) are always edgy... so i don`t know is that a problem in my hands (maybe they aren`t enough calm)or something?

but you can experiment different brushes and pressure sensitivities and as fast you draw more smooth the line will be..this happens to me a lot of time and I have to correct sometimes with the eraser. in photoshop you can make paths to ink..the pressure is not well made but the lines will be perfect.see some tutorials. hope this helps

nice drawing :'D I love manga too, but i see it like this, if you get yourself a drawing tablet, you wont only get good to draw on the computer but also with an real pen, but theres a quite a diffrence between mouse and pen ^^ And once again, nice drawing ^^

though it takes time, you can get used to drawing with a pen, a tablet, mouse, or even a touch-pad :) all is practice! (afterall inking with a pen vs computer is QUITE different; PC is harder for me!!

i think i use the standard pencil nib, size varies from 0.3 to 1.2px, pressure thickness thingie ON

Great drawing, especially for something done on a computer, as its a lot harder to draw using a mouse rather than your hand, though you should note that his hand should be more clenched, close to the shape of a fist, as you would rest your hand on the area between the fist and second joint rather than near the tip of the fingers, also the direction that his arm is coming out from his torso doesn't seem to match the direction his hand comes from

i first sketch out roughly, then on a layer above the sketch layer i draw the cleaner lines in black :)
