@reddestyoshi not exactly, it's a bit bigger than that....parkour is getting from point a to b as efficiently as possible, freerunning has no determined destination and most importantly, it does not improve efficiency usually (ie. flips do not improve efficiency usually, therefore, it becomes freerunning)

Im going to kick boxing and i can do 10x more then them.. and not just jump over a pole... this is Polish Parkour, nothing big. I do not like this music, Try some House, trance or techno, fits so much more inn Parkous/ free running/ Ninja!

Even my grandma can jump over a pole and balance over a stick and take a backflip (She is epic as hell)!
