actually if you want the fastest triton 21' boat, the 1999 hull design has been proven to be the clear winner.

X2 Tritons are a lot slower that the original x series!! When they moved the fuel tank to the floor they sacraficed the ability to really air out the boat!! I love that they shoot out of the hole but they are a good bit slower!!

Whats the topspeed? I have a 21ft stratos with a 250xs that runs 88 on my gps!! What rpm are you turning at full out?

You might need to get your motor worked on cause my strat runs fine and it has medium bow lift just like the prop was designed for!!

The ET wasn't designed for sleds, it was built for dragracing but will run on a select few of the lighter, higher performance bassboats out there. NOTHING from the cookie cutters is on that list btw. lol

Well I guess I got a one in a trillion setup then man!! By the way if it wont fly your allison than you cant drive!! Allison is the lightest boat around and any prop will push the light deep v hull design Allison builds to extreme speeds!

whats the top speed of your boat, i am looking to buy a z20 ranger with a 225 hpdi on it after looking at the x2 with a 300 because my buddy said that the z20 would be faster, top speed on the z20 is like 71 tops

that all depends. The z20, if it's propped out right can do lots. A guide up here has one that I was in, not even a jackplate, 225 h.o. e-tec 75.8 mph
