Awesome song movie not so awesome but for a kids movie I guess it's better then some teach your kids Spanish bullshit that always got going now a days. What happened to real cartoons when there was drugs, alcohol, smoking, killing and a good old fashion safe drop from a 10 story building. Dam kids can't even see bambi's mother get shot by the hunter cause its to sad. Life is sad they need to know this from day one.

Ohh, loved it a lot!! Especially these moments: 0:34 - 0:35, 1:04, 1:16 - 1:18, 1:21 - 1:24, 1:35 - 1:37. Gosh, they were perfect. Perfect reflections of music ;D And the moments when Spirit suddenly remembered when he was free or when he ran form mom... they were even more perfect.
ohh i just realized you said you were doing a fox and the hound!! yesssss please do, i don't think i recall seeing a fox and the hound from you? not something new at least so that should be a treat. that movie doesn't get used enough ^^ and you said suggest songs before hmmm. i played with this video idea (but only because i thought of you) and you'd probably be better at it. the song wires, by athlete. i was thinking of it with balto or somethin like that. but yea, that's my main suggestion XD
yea so this awesome, as usual. the more you watch it the more you notice and usually the better it gets. omg, for some reason i was really sad at around 1:24 when the lil baby fell on the ground and the camera just shut off XDD i was like 'aww..nooo :(' lmfao. kind of irrelevant but yea, i mostly love how this entire video focused on a specific moment in the movie, and then the way it ended, with the soldiers coming, closing out that moment. just perfection :) the song felt so spirit-ish too!
Loved the quick succession of clips from 2:05 to 2:07 that draws attention to the similarity between the scene in the beginning with Spirit and his mother to the scene with Rain and Spirit just before the Colonel attacks. Understated, but it works wonderfully.
You really captured his times with Rain and L.C. REALLY well. I also love the mood that was coming from this video. It was so ... well, it was a lot of things. I'm not sure if curiosity is considered a mood, but strangely enough that's the first word that comes to my mind when trying to describe how I felt when watching this. XD .. for multiple reasons.

I mean, I seriously felt in touch with Spirit. Almost like I was ... there with him. It's cheesy BUT a good feeling. ♥ Made me feel attached to your AMV, not detached like I do to so many now-a-days.

It reminds me of one of Picasso's paintings. XD First you look at it and you're like "wow, that's pretty damn cool and different." .. well later you go back and look at it again and go "oh wow, I never noticed that was there before ... that's pretty awesome!!" (cont-)
and..well, yeah, I'm sure you get it. XD For something that looks so simple, it's definitely not. It's obvious a lot of thought process and heart went into this. ♥ You are not a machine, and I officially adore you for it. XD I hate the manufacture editors who just pump stuff out without giving it a meaning, or life, or a name.

is how well you built the suspense up. This song has no natural suspense going on, yet YOU made me feel it. By the end I was just left so enthralled in your video I couldn't look away from the screen for a few moments before I pressed the play button again. XD
Especially once 1:51 hit. I was feeling some excitement there for an animated horse ... how extremely white and nerdy of me. :3 But I mean jeez, I've never noticed that it was the same-ish run cycle when he was (cont-)

Yes! I love these dearly. Simple character studies. Yet it's actually not very simple at all in editing terms. Loved how you brought out that aspect of the movie with spirit being away and brought it out with the song, and then it actually flashed back and foreshadowed events.
