Most Mallus have a habit of trying to conceal their fears, nervousness and complexes by trying to be over aggressive. There is a world of difference between being aggressive and self-confidence.

a quick change from Vayichu to vaangichu definitely does indicate faking, but it could also be a genuine error. No one is perfect and everyone tends to make one or two mistakes when v speak.
