@070erwin dude, i'm a guy and i love it too. we need powerful thigh muscles to push us around the court and although we do not have big upper body muscles, the speed and flexibility we gain from this sport sure makes up for it. It's almost like nothing other sports can give us, isn't it?

They lost that point in a very stupid way... They were both vulnerable standing at the left side of the court, leaving the whole right side of the court exposed for quite some time. It was an incredible rally but it was dissappointing how it ended.

Badminton has never been a relaxing game. It's the sport that needs the most explosiveness from players and the fastest. Watching from videos can't really show the real speed of the bird. Go play with some professionals and you wont even catch a glimpse of the bird.
