Oh man, I love meeting youtubers IRL. There's something very surreal. When I met my best friends for the first time in Portland last summer, it basically felt just like family reunion. I don't know how else to describe it.

I avoid it whenever possible. (I assume you steered clear of 95% of the neighborhoods in LA?) Sorry, I don't mean to rag on LA. Just curious though if anyone commented that it isn't all it's cracked up to be.

@WhistlersBrother As far as I'm aware, none of the out-of-towners seeing it for the first time had any negative reactions. Even the traffic jams I got us trapped in didn't phase them. But, yeah, I totally steered clear of the scarier parts. LOL

Also, from the Griffith Observatory they got to see what all that "urban sprawl" talk is about. No negative reactions, either.
