I like this cover.. and I don't mind the speed... to me it adds another unique characteristic to the cover.

I think it'd go good accompanied by some gritty 8mm footage.

Too bad because you play well and sing well, and this is an otherwise impeccably-moving song.

I understand that you can take your liberties doing a cover. It just feels too fast to me.

you're absolutely right, compared to the original. I think it was influenced by the guitar progress, some other points are altered too. it needs alot of breath. however I like this piece very much, thanks for listening though!! check out this guy, he's doing an awesome rendition on that, closer to the original: v=sMwiJaTlKvA. thanks for your comment anyway, bye! ;o)
