It's not anywhere near the best (The russian 'flamethrower' rocket tank is the best XD), but as far as wheeled firepower goes i'd pick no other. It's not military-worthy as it is spec-ops worthy. When you need an entire artillery battery on a deep CEO rescue mission, you could settle for one of these :D
