when a classical piece is transcribed for electric guitar, the classical pieces loses too much nuance or maybe it's the way the guitarist is playing.

@dalecampbl4 that's mainly because it's a different instrument and quality of tone. Electric guitar makes it more difficult to play nuances mostly found on violin. that and the fact that Yngwie is playing this a lot faster than the original, so he substitutes his own nuances, mainly in the form of grace notes. personally, I think he does a good job of preserving the character of this piece while adding his own spin on it

man they are two different styles you can't really compare them. And when i mean one of the greatest i'm talking electric guitar. This man has influenced nearly every metal guitarist in the world, he even influenced Paul Gilbert who in my opinion is a better guitarist/ musician.
