i saw this on rage this morning and the bass part just blew my mind. i know its not overly technical or anything but the groove and the feel to it just was incredible

There is a version of this J.T. song by MERRY CLAYTON that takes some beating, tho Renee does it proud .

And BETTYE LaVETTE'S cover of RENEE'S own song "HEAVEN [The Closest I'll Get ]" is a killer as well.

It ws written and performed by James Taylor on his Sweet Baby James album. Renee does a great job with any song..most of the time.
