Nice Job Marty! I've been playing this song for over 15 years and it's always one of my favorites to play. Great to see you teaching others this tune!!!!!

It's got a couple of classy "Jazz Style" chords mixed in with a great blues feel to it. It also lends itself well to some great improvisations every time you play it.

I actually like playing this song in standard tuning, no half step down. I just think it sounds better, and still very close to the recording. I play the same chords as well. It would have been a nightmare to try to teach the soloing pieces in that song. I'm not sure if I even play them right, but I just sort of make it up in the same context that the song is in. Sounds similar, atleast!
