To really explain how you were to get your hands on this game back in the day is pretty hard. But basically you would buy this thing called sattalaview for the super famicom. What that would do is allow them to send certain games to your system from the satellite. It was a one time only thing. If you missed it then you missed it and there was no way of playing it again. How was this put on the internet? I have no clue at all. The game was never released any other way.

The Satelleview allowed you to download games to the flash cart that could be inserted into it. Someone had a copy from back then, and copied it.

@alanvamp It's a re-creation of a Super Nintendo (Famicom actually) Broadcast Satellite game. These games had a limited time you could play them. They started at a certain time & if you didn't have your SFES on & BS hooked up when it started, you didn't get to play it. Unless you prefer playing it completely in Japanese, there is no possible way to have the original version of this, even still it would be "hacked" because you weren't intended to play them past their expiry time.

There are various type of the game roms for this game,since the game is downloaded from an SNES through Satellaview and it's hard to make for PC files.

Some people still did it and uploaded to the Internet,the VERY original one of the game that didn't have modded things is very rare and the original one was only available for Japanese SNES Satellaview system.

So now the versions that we downloaded from the Internet are 95% modded.

The original one DOESN'T have Link to use.
