@lightdragon53562 - That's only certain spells like the ones that your birth sign gives you. All the other spells you can use as many times as your magic can handle. I supose it's because those one spells are unique to your class so they don't want you over using them.

After you fisnish with Vilveryn,itll be also wise to ask Jauffre for assistance,and he will offer you lots of stuff in his chest for you to take ANY TIME YOU WANT,but its mostly beginner stuff like Iron armor,Steel Bow,Steel Arrows,and Leather Armor. I also think there is some weapons in their too.

What I like about this game is that you can complately ignore the story... well there are obviously some things that you wont get if you dont do the main missions but it doesnt really affect your character.

@Narutoonepiecefan3 This game is easy, just let your enemy hit you first while you block with shield, they will be knocked back, then just quickly move left/right and attack him, work on every difficulty, and on almost every enemy, changing difficulty wont do anything, and he handles fights really well.

You can also do the quest in Weye from the fisherman to get the Jewel of the Rumare. Constant water breathing on self, and a boost to athletics.

@candipie07 or if you have the "Shivering Isles" expansion, you can get the Amulet of Happiness, which makes you be able to either breathe underwater or walk on water, increased lightness, and a Lumos type thing that lights things 20 ft away from your character

I always have the 'main' rule, that if something is worth more than 8x times it's weight, I take it in my inventory, for selling later. It ensures, especially on long quests in dungeons, that you get the most for your inventory.

I never really paid any attention to this area when I played. Always though it was just a bunch of ruins. Rare that a game will put such a place right in front of you from the very start. Totally miss-able as well.
