Every other Link tribute i find sucks, but this one is amazing. Considering Zelda doesn't have all the cutscenes and shit that most games have nowadays, this is so much better than i thought was possible. Link's life does suck, and this video inspired me to write out where Link starts bitching about it. Cuz you just know the poor guys bound to hate his life with all the shit he's gotta deal with.

part of what makes the Zelda series so great is Link's story. He just gets pulled into a huge quest when he's never left home before. He meets weird people and has to go save the world over and over again. He isn't rewarded very well at all. Heck, he just gets a "thank you, now go back home" He can't even talk to defend himself or complain! And always he becomes this great hero anyway :)

Link has the worst luck of any hero. He loses people sometimes and doesn't even get something as simple as getting the girl. He's had to risk his life for a bunch of people he doesn't know and is even reborn to refill all that pain with the same outcome every time. The only good thing he gets out of it is knowing he's a hero to everyone and always will be.
