I understand what you mean. I personally have never given a video a thumbs down. If I don't like it I just quit watching it. I don't see the point of wasting my own time to stay on a video I don't like long enough to comment either. I also don't see the point in discouraging anyone from posting what they want to. Who knows how much work they may have put into it. I don't mind people giving my videos thumbs down. It helps give me an overall sense of things. I don't take it very seriously though.
