  • No idea what's going on here..

  • "Good fences make good neighbors." Super nice XXXXL fluorescent green wife-beater, too. Ya think Walmart has any left? Oh man, I would have invited this guy up to my front porch to show him my new baseball bat.

  • sad there are such people, glad you won, to bad, nieghbor can't be neighborly

now we know why the world is messed up.

  • Lol

    "Ye peese uh shyt."

  • I Love this. BRAVO...

  • We have this problem with our neighbor. His wife's dad owns a tiny corner of land that he would have to cross our property to get to. We asked to buy it and he said no. There is NOTHING he can do with it. He also comes in our yard when we're not home to survey "his" land. He told us that our shed was on his property so we had a REAL surveyor come and find out that most of the property (woods) that he considers and we thought were his are actually ours.

  • When someone tries to bully me I get in their face daring them to do something about it.

  • One way to deal with a bully: As soon as threats or swearing occurs, completely ignore them. Good to know shed was moved.

  • Its sad that adults these days act this way and to find out their children do to! Oh man We are going to be in a world of shit if this is what our future consist of kids growing up like this... I have had my share of Shit from neighbors also! I just never thought to put my videos on youtube! LOL!

  • well played, sir.

  • good job man, that guy was a dumb ass

  • the banjo music is perfect

  • You re a bit judgmental.

  • good for you,i would have had trouble not lowering my self to his level and end up in a brawl, you did it the right way

  • Ever hear the saying : "Good fences make great neighbors" It's true most of the time, but with this idiot neighbor, I would hope at a bare minimum that I'd never see his face again.

  • I had a property line dispute with a neighbor, I contended that the property line ran smack dab in the middle between the garages, giving us both a small sliver of land on which to park. HE hired a surveyor and lost 4 feet of land. LOL Turned out the property line ran 6 inches away from his house and garage, giving me an extra 4 feet to park.

  • I would take him to court and force him to tear down or move shed onto his property, if he wasn't such an asshole i would prob let him keep the shed on my property

  • I'm not sure what the zoning laws are where you live nor am I terribly concerned. Most places you can put a fence right up to the property line but it is recommended to keep it 6-12" off. Then you can access the other side for maintenance without being on your neighbors property while he is bullying you.

  • From what you show in the video, your neighbors shed was only 2 inches on your property at one end and 6 at the other. So really, you could have put up a fence without any problems. However, I can't believe his fence can be that close to the property line. Usually there are setbacks. Where I live it needs to be 10 feet from the edge of the property line.

  • You have a cooler head than me. I'd of done the claim and he would have moved the shed or I would with one of my Caterpillars. If he gave me any shit about it, his fucking house, cars, boats, work trucks and his ass would have been next. Bullies are only bullies if you let them be. Fuck the peace, report him to the cops, code enforcement, health department, dog pound and any other place to make life miserable. But if it's on my side of the line, he'll move it or I will, believe that.

  • Kudos to you for keeping your cool and doing things the peaceful and lawful way. Every good bully knows that the moment you react/lash out, they have 'won', rendering your issue with them null and void, regardless of who is in the right. I had a similar experience in my old house. The neighbours believed they owned c.2m2 of my driveway, and silly niggly comments grew into acts of vandalism and threats of violence. I checked the deeds & hired a surveyor to prove them mistaken). Stupid situation.

  • when i growed up i wanna b just like dad and wear cut offs with flabby arms. his poor kids will be assholes too prob.

  • My Grandfathers neighbor put up a fence six inches past the property line. My Grandfather went out the next morning and ripped it all out. The neighbor complained to him, but was told "I can rip out my fence anytime I want, it was on my land so it was my fence. I'll be happy to do it again tomorrow" End of problem. When it comes to property, don't give an inch or you'll lose it in the end. (Don't put a tree stand on my current landlord's property, either. He will just cut down his tree.)

  • WELL DONE...

  • HAHAHH! "i take a tape measure and show'd ya!" <3 the hillbilly music by the way, fit in really well :)

  • if he did come up to u and said....Hey look Buddy i had no idea that my shed was on your property line..What would u have done to solve the issue..even if the man didn't have the money to build a new one?

  • charge him rent!!!

  • Who else besides me would have stomped that fucker out???

  • @UntilWeMeetAgainVic That would be one way, but guys like that cry the loudest and are great lyers and would cause you more problems because of all the cryin he would do. But ya it would be temptin.

  • This same thing happened to my Dad. The back neighbors fence was 4 inches on our property. He was getting a permit and the county inspector said the only way to get the permit was to correct the fence issue. The neighbors have been hateful to my ever since and he is disabled.

  • GREAT VIDEO!!!!!!!! hahahahahaha

  • Thought I would share this message I received.

"My name is Kelly Martin and I am a producer with the Bill Cunningham show in NYC. I watched your video about your bully neighbor and I would love to have you and the other party on the show to work this out. Will you contact me?"

It’s a shame that something like this can happen in your life that could become fodder for this kind of show.

    LOL!

  • @Dronepiper

    I love willy cunningham

  • @Dronepiper Lol, are you going to do it? lolll

  • @Dronepiper I would have made him MOVE IT!! I`m glad it worked out for u. How`s it been since?

  • did you show this in court?

  • Such a douche bag

  • last time my neighbor told me "I owe you an ass whooping" I cashed that check his mouth wrote but his ass couldn't cash, after he got out the er he went to jail....

  • you know your a red neck when you live at home with your mom and dad and your "WIFE" HAHAHA what a dick shows him right

  • I would have just informed that redneck pile of crap that either he moves that shed or I will and when I move it. It just might get damaged.

  • When ever you Buy a House or land, make sure you go to your county Recorders Office and get a copy of the most recent Plat Map. It may cost about $6.00.

    Avoid the madness.

  • It is always a good thing to know where the lines are drawn. Because you can bet, had you built something on his property, he'd be fired up.

  • How does the saying go? "High fence walls make good neighbors." Good on you.

  • This guy is a real POS. I know him and his worthless family. You were smart to put up the fence He is the reason the phrase, "white trash", was invented.

  • Nice job. But.... I GOTTA HAVE MORE BANJO!

  • Shit in his shed

  • lol cant wait till i get time to take down my tree in the corner of my property

my nabours went crazy when i trimmed it

this time i will get it on video for youtube

  • I'm glad you made him move the shed. While offering to let him keep it there to "save the peace," in most states, you are giving your land away. After his shed has been there a certain amount of time (time varies by state), the land is his. When you sell the house, you are selling a different plat of property than that which you originally purchased. I suggest always seeking the advice of a lawyer before offering to "give in" on a land dispute.

  • @WiseAsk He was told that he could pay to have a lawyer write up an encroachment agreement that I would have signed if it met my requirements.

That was the adult thing to do.

  • @WiseAsk , Excellent advice. The term is "adverse possession" and time of possession can be as little as seven years.

  • love the banjo tune fk the shed and fece

  • Cool story man !!! XD

  • Wow, good for you for taking the high road.

  • This is why I moved to San Francisco. No rednecks.

  • This is why I moved to San Francisco. No rednecks.

  • Im glad that you recorded this dispute. It is unfortunate that it happens so regularly. Survey does not lie. Congrats on your new fence!

    Cheers from VA

  • I have a neighbor that threatens me of being a baby sitter of my other neighbors across the street. they like me. but this other neighbor i dont know out of the blue calls me names like petafile, thats bullshit, he looks like a gangster loser just starting some shit. my nice neighbor say to dont listen to himbut now i dont feel safe, i want him arrested, what do i do?

  • @Ruddteen Videotape the behavior.

If threatened, go to the police and file a report.

In my state, it's called a terroristic threat and is a misdemeanor punishable by jail time and or fines.

  • @Dronepiper i couldnt understand a whole lot of that could you right out what was said

  • @Ruddteen slash his tires

  • i would have taken my saw and cut that shed off my property right after i handed him a swift ass kicking
