Virginia is the best place for great weather, 4 seasons and what not....I'v lived in Northern Virginia all my life....But I gotta say,this year has been a little tomuch for the city, 3 feet of snow and temperatures reaching 9 degrees in the winter, and 95 degrees in the middle of summer!..But hey, it was fun :)
