That's Robert Jr. Lockwood. The "Junior" reflects his relationship with Robert Johnson (i.e., as his musical descendant)--not his carrying the same full name of a father named Robert Lockwood.
ive been sitting here trying to figure out what your trying to say his fathers last name was lockwood..... his mom used to house robert johnson when he would travel around the south with the promise that robert johnson would help teach her son how to play the guitar which he did reluctantly robert johnson was his ( psudo) step father not his real father..... lockwood was a good friend of my guitar teacher and i was lucky enough to have met him a few times.... he was one funny old dude...
From his bio on Wikipedia: "Lockwood learned from [Robert] Johnson not only how to play guitar, but timing and stage presence as well. Because of his personal and professional association with the music of Robert Johnson, he became known as "Robert Junior" Lockwood...." I've never seen any evidence that he shared his father's full name (and was called "junior" on that account).
I got a great chance to see him live in Finland at Rauma Blues 2006, just a few months before he died. I shaked his hand and I have his autograph in my Bible! It's my most precious book. What a great man he was. rest in peace Robert.
RIP lockwood jr

Yeah but, Robert Jr. also played on some of Little Walter's best sides. That puts him on top IMHO.
