Dear Chef, I love your style in cooking and how simple you make your dishes. I do have a problem with the names of spices. Please name them in english so that i can easily find them. Thank you and God Bless You.
Chef, can i prepare that powder a day before itself. Also can we store that powder for future purpose. If so, may I know how many days is it safe to store for re-use.
i luv u chef!! Whenever I miss my mommy n the awesome food she makes, ur vdos come to my rescue....i think all andhrites like me r lucky to have a chef like u who luvs andhra food as well! thank u sooo much sanjay!!!
Because I grow lotz of Vegetables in my garden,I like to vacuum bag,and freeze my
vegs. What I would like to do with eggplant is slice it thin, egg wash it,dip it in breadcrumbs, vacuum seal and freeze.Does eggplant do ok being froze, and then thawed out ? Anyone ?
beautifulllllll (the FOOD i mean) but which masala did you use after adding garlic and curry leaves?? what was that white powder?? hay?hae? what did you say? i couldnt hear it right...
Sanjay, your videos, I must say, are really very inspiring. Until I saw your website, I never knew cooking could be so easy and interesting. If i love cooking today, all the credit goes to you. You have become one of my family members like my mom and grand mother who i used to call almost everyday to be able to cook for my husband. These days i don't waste time calling. I just watch your videos. Keep up the good work.
That's no way to talk to someone, anyone, I'm not going to argue with you because you're not worth it, but look at your account name, your behaviour and your language.
I luv all ur recipies and u have choices for both veg and non veg...thanks a lot! I have one more Q instead of frying the egg plant first can i keep it in the owen and follow ur recipe as u have mentioned?
Chef, thanx for this wonderful recipe..I've been trying out most of your recipes and they have all been awesome..However, I had some questions in mind...Can I pre-make the powder and store it for subsequent use?As oil is added will the powder get rancid? Can I cook the stuffed eggplant in oven instead of stove top? I guess, this will alleviate my problem of having to turn the eggplant again and again and also cook it uniformly..I would appreciate if you could answer my queries...Thank you
mouth watering I just didn't understand some of the ingrediants :) I need help with that I wish you could post the name of the ingrediants on the right side. but anways yum :D
