I find it interesting really, I took a look at Lee Aaron, she can sing, she wasn't really rick imo. interestingly enough till i looked her up I had never heard of Lee Aaron before, and i have heard of Lita Ford, so either she was an unknown except in certain countries or areas in the 80s, or for some reason she was never played where i lived in the US. yea, the emo rock of today is kinda awful, but early 90's rock put this 80's stuff to shame. Groups such as:

Gin Blossoms, Candlebox, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Better than Ezra, Cracker (one hit wonder), Fuel, Seven Mary Three, Spin Doctors, Pearl Jam, Black Crowes, Live (selling the drama, all over you), and even Nirvana. I hated Nirvana at the start but learned to love them as the years went on. And there are plenty of one hit wonder rock bands I won't bother to mention.
